In 1960, Antique Bandit Incorporated, later Antique Bandit Interactive, was founded. After ten years of constant investment, research, and experimentation, we decided to start our own radio station, in the form of WABI (West Antique Bandit Incorporated) 1470, down in Pearl Minesville, Michigan.

For the last 52 years, we have been broadcasting on our radio station. The technology and way we get music and the news to you may have changed, but the spirit of the whole thing has not. Below, you will find a schedule that is used even to this day, with the only notable change to it occurring from 1997-2002 (the reasons behind that are discussed in further detail on the Local 47 page). The schedule is also consistent for each day. Note that the schedule is written in US Eastern Standard Time.

Fun fact! News On the Rocks is a reference to where the radio station tower is located, which happens to be nearby a shore. In fact, the entire building is only a few minutes away from the rocky shore of one of the Great Lakes, hence the Rocks part. It also represents how we play only Rock and Roll music.
